We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse; this notification will include the shipping method.

DPD usually will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours if you are not in. Or they will leave a card, telling you they tried to deliver. Please call the number on the card or check your parcel online to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered.

  • If you don't contact DPD, they'll try to deliver your order on the next working day.
  • If you still weren't able to receive your order, DPD will deliver the package to a Pickup parcel shop and hold on to it for seven days. With over 2500 pickup parcel shops in England, there is always one in your area.
  • If you fail to get in contact after two working days then your parcel is sent back to us and you will still be charged.

Royal Mail will attempt delivery once and will try to deliver to the neighbours if you are not in before leaving your parcel at the local post office to collect. They will leave a card, telling you they tried to deliver and how to proceed.

If you fail to collect the parcel, it will be sent back to us and you will still be charged.
